Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  The item must be in its original packaging

  Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
  

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  Gift cards

  Downloadable or digital products

  Personalized or custom-made items

  Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  
   
  For Exchanges: A flat fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your  refund amount.
  For Returns: A flat fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your  refund amount.
  Failed Deliveries: If an order is returned to us due to customer refusal, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number, we will deduct ₹100 for shipping costs before issuing the refund.
  Pickup Failures: If a pickup fails, report it to us within 10 days or the request will be cancelled.
  Self-Shipment: If reverse pickup isn't available in your pin code, you must ship the return to us at your own cost.
   
   
  

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at ekliclothingofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  Please allow 15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
  

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
