All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after order confirmation-
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays
Handcrafted or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer shipping across India
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external factors

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details

4. Delivery Issues

Ekli Clothing is not liable for:

Delays caused by courier partners
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
Failed deliveries due to unavailability of the recipient

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with resolution, subject to courier policies

6. Change of Shipping Address

Shipping address changes are allowed only before order dispatch
Once dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated
